Not always. Most roles list the experience they need, but we also take on apprentices with no formal background and train them on the shop floor under our master artisans.

All roles are on-site at our workshop on NH 52, Village Bahbalpur, Hisar, Haryana - the craft is hands-on, so the work happens where the wood is.
Standard workshop hours, six days a week, with timings shared during hiring for each specific role.
Yes - careers here run long. Many of our senior carvers and machinists started as apprentices and have grown with the business over years, not months.
